Create a Website Account
You can create your free account on our website by clicking here. Once you create your account you'll be able to place orders on our website.
Determine the size postcard you want.
Go to the ‘Postcards’ page, and choose the size card you would like. Each size card has a price grid, which will give you a very close approximation of the total cost. The exact final price will be determined by the actual size of your mailing list.
Send us a file or have us design your card..
If you have a print ready file, you can just send us your file using the "Send a File" tool found on each order form..
If you need help designing a postcard, go to "Place an Order." Complete the information in this section so that we can design your mailer. If you would like to fax us a copy of a layout or mock up, please fax it to 818/380-8192. If you have any questions about this process, feel free to call our helpful customer service reps at any time.
Make deposit.
Once we have your file, or we are ready to begin the design process, we will need a 25% deposit. You can call our office, or send us your credit card information through the secure order forms on our website. Once you have established an account with us, this step will not be necessary.
Receive a proof.
After we have processed your file, or created a first proof of your new design, we will email you a PDF proof.. If we are creating a new design, there will almost certainly be several rounds of revisions. We want to work with you to get your mailer exactly the way you want it!
Mailing list.
We will need the electronic file of your mailing list. If you do not have a mailing list, phone our office and we will help you purchase one.
Completion
After we have we have received your acceptance of the proof and your mailing list, we are ready to begin the print and mail process. We will call you when your project is ready to be mailed, and you can authorize the final payment.
